How to break-up with an emotionally involved boyfriend?

Hey guys so I'm only fourteen and I know it isn't long but I've been going out with my boyfriend for two months. I've started to lose interest in him and am just starting to find him irratating and controlling. We haven't even kissed yet because I don't think I want to... my friends and mum say I should break up with him but the problem is how? He had a really bad relationship last time and she broke up with him over text and he gets really freaked thinking I'm gonna break up with him before and once even called me in the middle of the night. He's been saying I love you since like the first week and for me that was too soon but he gets emotionally involved very quickly and so idk what to do I really don't want things to be awkward and I have lots of classes with him what should I do? How should I break up with him? Any ideas what to say? Xx
