I have many of male friends, we go out for lunch, go to the pub, go to the gym together. My boyfriend doesn't mind because I do all of that, plus more (if you know what I mean) with him. Our relationship is built on trust.

If he would be uncomfortable with you going to the gym alone with a guy then that means he knows its a boundary in your relationship and hes crossing it but getting upset if you cross it. If this particular girl gives you strange vibes or doesnt like you, yes I wouldnt be happy about it and I would talk to him and ask him how HE would feel on the receiving end.
