Wondering when I will go into labor.

So I am supposedly 32 weeks along but I have had diarrhea, low back pain, a lot of swelling and braxton hicks. And I'm wondering if I could maybe be further along than they think, or maybe baby is coming early? I thought I was pregnant the month before I the drs confirmed but they said I wasnt pregnant and then my period came. Just wondering if anyone has any insight to this.
