Feeling Self-Conscious😔
I bought a scale and I weighed myself and I've gained almost 20 lbs. in the span of two months. I've been giving in and eating things that I know are bad for me and I've been doing a terrible job at watching what I eat and how much I eat. Seeing that number made me feel really bad to the point of almost crying. I don't have a bad body image, but just knowing that I've been eating junk and not exercising enough makes me feel bad for not taking care of my body the way I should. I also feel self-conscious because I still have my muffin top and some loose skin from when I weighed nearly 200 lbs. and feeling like I'm headed that way again scares me because I remember how horrible and tired and unmotivated I felt when I was that heavy. I just need some love and encouragement as I try to get back on track with my eating habits❤️
