Sometimes at the beginning of my period I have to use both because even with a super tampon I will leak within an hour. But after the second or third day only a tampon. I can't ever wear just a bad because to me, it feel unsanitary and like you're sitting in your own blood.

I used both. I used tampons when I know I'm going to be busy throughout the day or if my flow is heavy. I use pads when I don't feel well or when I'm going to be home not doing anything and when my flow is light. An equal balance I guess you could say. ☺️
