My mother is very controlling and is begging me to move back home for a couple weeks once the baby is born so she can "help" me as if my husband isnt capable. And she's really pushing the issue. She's said in front of and to my husband that "I don't need him anymore, his job is done" with a little chuckle like she thinks it's funny. She's also saying it's wrong and refusing to come visit the baby at my house and saying that I'm supposed to be bringing the baby to her all the time. Mind you we are living at my husbands dad's place until we get on our feet, but he is more than welcoming of my family. She basically can't accept that I have my own life and am starting my own family and she tries to manipulate to her way andI feel bad because she is my mother and it shouldnt feel like this. Am I wrong for thinking like this? Should I be visiting her instead of the other way around?
