I'm on my second month of birthcontrol combo pills, 3rd day of sugar pills and I have had no spotting and no period. Last month my period came on the first day of sugar pills and I had spotting. I was sick this past week and threw up once. I haven't missed any pills and when I threw up I had taken my pill more than 3 hours earlier. I have been sexually active. Should I be concerned?
