step mom problems

My step/foster mom is being crazy. She wont let us (me and my younger brother) watch youtube because she thinks we will look up porn. If chores arent the way she wants them she yells at us. She doesnt really talk to us. Its normally a raised voice or screaming at us. My boyfriend hates letting me go to the house (yes i say the house because its not my home) because hes scared that ill get yelled at. My last step mom used to (when no one was watching) treated me horribly. When i was 9 i was taught by my older foster sister how to cook and clean. When she wasn't around i was made to clean the house until i had blisters and sometimes cuts on my hands and legs but i told my school it was because i played too roughly at the park. When things werent my old step moms way she would scream and hit me or pull my hair. That affects me now with my 'new' step mom with the yelling and a few weeks ago she dug her nails into my skin and broke a nail (fake nail) and i had bruises for a week. Im scared to go home some days. Others i hope my dad is home but he doesnt even stop her sometimes. He makes it better at home when hes around. What do i do?
