How much clothing should I get in different sizes? FTM.

Question

Now that I know I'm having a girl 🌸, I got excited and bought a few outfits. But realized I was totally lost as to which sizes I should get. I got a few 3-6 month and one or two 0-3. Should there be a variety? Should I get more newborn? I know they grow quickly so I'm really not sure at all. Thank you for your advice 💕

Get whatever you want! I recommended not getting too many newborn bc you don't know her weight.

I'm a ftm and I got as many clothes as I wanted . Besides o can always give them away to someone else including my cousin she just had babygirl as well.

Newborn you only need maybe 4 or 5 outfits. My baby lives in a onesie and comfy pants until they can sit up, then i get a couple of cute tops for going out, once they're walking i stop with the onesies. The bigger the size, the longer they'll wear them. Once they start solids around 6 months they'll inevitably make a mess and need more shirt changes.

Ive brought about 10 basic sleepsuits and vests in newborn i wanted to go with having enough for 2 days (with alot of changes just incase) without having to panic about  washing ive brought a couple in upto 1 month and more in 0-3 because my last baby was in 0-3 for a while. I didnt buy any nice outfits in newborn just because they are more fiddly and i personally like newborns in just baby grows. But i have a couple in 0-3. Im not buying anymore now because ill get more once i know once she is here and i can judge how big she is ect

I will get about 5 newborn outfits, 6-10 0-3M outfits, 10 3-6M and 6-9M etc. they start staying in their clothes longer after a few months.
