c-section recovery!!

I just had a quick question. I had my son on the 15th of February. My husband goes back to work March 4th. I also have a 19 month old at home who weighs about 30 pounds. I'm worried about picking up my son. I need to be able to lift him in and out of his crib. I don't have family to help me out. Just wondering if any other mommas have been in this situation. Any helpful tips? 😩
