Any twin mamas with irritable uterus!?

Ive had an irritable uterus,( stong frequent contractions with no change to the cervix) since 9 weeks I am 14 weeks now babies were looking great at last ultrasound 12w. My dr put me on pelvic rest but I basically have put myself on modified bed rest because being up and about causes them to be worse cleaned my kitchen today and the cramps got stronger and I started feeling sharp stabbing pains in my cervix so I layed down  and they eased up a little but I'm so worried that this could lead to preterm labor, I have a 1 1/2 year old to take care of and my husband works out of town 2 weeks at a time so resting isn't that easy. Any of you twin mamas have this and still went to term or at leas 34-35weeks? Please let me know 😓🙏🏼
