Makeup Novice

I really want to get into doing more make up. I currently only do my eyebrows and eyelashes. I wanna start wearing foundation and blush and whatever else people do these days. I also want it to look natural just because I have gone so long without wearing makeup. I'm obsessed with beauty gurus on YouTube like Zoella and Bethany Motta. I am in college so I don't have a whole lot of money to spend on makeup. What are some essential things I need as a beginner and where can I buy them for cheap? Or what should I really invest in and where can I find bargains elsewhere? Please help, I just wanna be a beauty guru! 😜😁
