Morning Sickness/Nausea?

So this evening I felt really sick all of a sudden and then was sick about 5 minutes after I first got a wave of nausea. After I was sick I felt mostly better but still a little queasy. Could this be pregnancy related or am I just getting sick? I feel fine other wise... any advice/opinions appreciated:)
