Had an internal ultrasound yesterday, not sure how far along I am but all they saw was a fluid sac anyways this morning I woke up with light spotting

That's very common in early pregnancy especially after an internal ultrasound.

Not at all. This happens to me after my husband and I have sex. Also happened when I had a vaginal ultrasound. No worries :)
