Always feeling like this at 9 dpo

I'm not TTC and I know for sure I cannot be pregnant. Every month I think I'm pregnant because of the symptoms I get 5 days before my AF. I get extremely extremely fatigued, weak, depressed,, nausea, and of course sore breasts which is normal. I'm so tired of feeling this way because I don't know what could be causing this. Last month I had the same thing with an elevated temp of 98-99 with a missed period. Late 4 days and then AF decided to show up. Now I'm feeling the same thing but so much more weak. Idk if it's a coincidence that I feel this way during this time of month or this time I may be pregnant? I doubt I'm pregnant though. I'm just feeling awfully tired and nauseas. Has anyone felt sick a week before AF without being pregnant. Is it common?
