Question

My boyfriend and I were fooling around, he never inserted but was close to my va-JJ. 
I'm just curious if precum can get you pregnant if it touches your vagina or not? Also, if cum touches the outside of your vagina can that make your pregnant? 
May be a stupid question but I've been looking all over the internet and finding every answer in the book.

He has to get cum (possibly pre cum) inside your vagina. But pre cum is mostly dead sperm cells, so the chance of pre cum getting you pregnant is slim anyway.
