Overcoming vaginismus! 😄

After months of physical therapy and spending 30+ minutes daily with a dilator, I finally had sex! He had to go slow with shallow thrusts and I had to focus really hard the whole time, but it was beautiful and magic and I wouldn't trade a second of it. Treatment is far from over but I'm so happy I could hit this massive milestone!
