Opinions needed. Implantation or AF

This is my first month TTC . I am 5-6 DPO and on my 2ww.AF Is due the the 10th or 11th. Having some symptoms. Wondering if i could be pregnant or if it sounds like AF . Sore breasts (which i NEVER normally have ), brown discharge/ spottting (TMI). Severe cramps ever since ovulation. Vivid dreams. Haven't been able to eat much today or yesterday .
