pregnant again 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Just before xmas I was pregnant me and my boyfriend (now fiancé 💍😊) were so happy but unfortunalty only the sac was showing up on pregnancy scans. After 3 nhs scans and one which I paid to go private just to be sure.. the doctors informed it was a missed miss carriage which is when your body thinks you are pregnant but has not yet realized it was already a failed pregnancy 😭 (maybe due to my implant I had removed about 4-5 months before  falling pregnant). Doctors gave me my options to wait for a natural mis carriage, to have a d & c operation to remove the sac. I waited 2 weeks still no sign of bleeding and I was fully hormonal I didn't want to have the op but it was just taking too long- eventually I took this option just wanted to feel normal again. Things were hard, we both had our heart set and then was devistated.
