Ovulating?

So me and my husband have been only really trying last month and I followed this app and everything. This month I am using all the other ovulation tests you can think of. So I took a Clearblue and a couple off brand ovulation test strips and this is what I got. So my LH surge has been darkest today thus far. The Clearblue has a flashing smiley face which means High Fertility. Based off these results my ovulation date should be in the next couple of days right? Is it better for husband to make a deposit during the day or night time?
