M fiance and i just got this in the mail from my doctor's office, we're not sure what it means or if I'm pregnant or not.

TSH stands for thyroid stimulating hormone. And levothyroxine is a thyroid hormone replacement medication. Unless there's other information on the paper we aren't seeing, it doesn't look like that's the purpose of this letter
