Sex pain

I was having sex last night and well it got pretty rough and im sore in some places😂. Not only my vagina but back and a lil on my shoulders. Anyway do you guys know anything i could take for the pain? I have school tmr so i dont want to be hurting all day lol. Thanks in advance!
