Thrush in breasts!
So I have gone back to work and been pumping at work. Since being back, I have developed thrush in my breasts. I'm on antibiotics and so is baby and we're hoping to have this cleared soon and get back to being pain free. It's been excruciating!
I've read everywhere that with thrush you need to sterilize everything by boiling. What about pumping utensils? Can you boil all of that? Is there anything that cannot be boiled? What about the plastic bottles?
Also, anything else I need to be doing to help prevent this from coming back is greatly appreciated! I already know to air out boobs, change towels daily, change bra and clean regularly. Just not sure if there's anything else I'm forgetting.
