How often and how much are your little ones eating?

At our 4 month, the doctor said I should be spacing out and increasing my daughter's feedings. She was ebf until I went back to work so I didn't know quantity before. I am curious how much and how often other october babies are eating.

My daughter is 4 months old.

Wakes at 7AM, drinks 7oz bottle

9:30, eats 2.5oz solid

Naps 10-11:30AM

12pm, drinks 7oz

Naps 2-3:30pm, drinks 7oz

6:30pm, eats 2.5 oz solid

8pm drinks 7oz, then sleeps until 7am

We started introducing purees and my pediatrician said she should be getting between 32-35 oz of breast milk along with 1.5-2oz of "food" each day. We shuffle between 5-6 bottles a day because he seems to be slowly transitioning to 3 naps instead of 4 naps.  He only eats when he wakes up and before bed.

Mine just turned 4 months and he eats 4oz breast milk bottles every two hours. Not sure this helps you bc it sounds like you mean formula but that's what mine does at daycare. Still nursing at home.

My son will be 5months on the 15th he eats 4.5oz at 6am ,9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm and 9pm then sleeps till 6am. He eats 27oz a day but he feed threw an NG tube bc of aspiration.

Hi ladies, I'm just reading through your comments and found out that some of your LOs are feeding 7-8 oz bottles but my LO finishes 3 to 4 oz of milk and would finish around 6 bottles a day. Her weight is fine and height. Maybe I'm just feeding her wrong? We don't really have a schedule on when to feed her though. We just take her cues and go from there.

4-5 oz every 3-4 hours. He's 4 months old and formula fed. He eats two 4oz bottles during the night.

We formula feed and she generally gets five 6 oz bottles a day. She's 4 months and is about 13lb and 6 oz.

My baby still eats about every 2.5 hours but he's a big boy who seems to constantly be in a growth spurt and just eats a lot

5 months old next week. Breastfed first thing in the morning and if she needs overnight (a couple times per week she takes a night time feeding) then from 9am to 8pm she gets 5oz breastmilk in a bottle x 4 times, about every 3-4 hours. Occasionally she'll get hungry before her bedtime bottle (the only one that's scheduled) so i'll give her a smaller 3oz bottle to hold her over til bedtime. She won't be started on solids til 6 months so she isn't getting any calories other than breastmilk.

My son is 4 months old and drinks four 4 oz bottles during the day, and two 6 oz bottles during the night.. then he eats oats and fruit in am, veggie at lunch and fruit and veggie and night.  About 45 ml of food each meal.
