Waking up all night grunting?

My 4 month old son has been waking up every 2 hours grunting and straining... I've tried bicycling his legs and gripe water before bed but I don't know what to do? It's driving me crazy!! He occasionally passes gas but doesn't poop until the morning. He's EBF, any tips?! I'm soooo tired 😴 anyone try babies magic tea or colic tablets?

My LO is doing the EXACT same thing! Acts really gasy but gas drops don't seem to help and I haven't changed anything in my diet or eaten anything that should cause a problem. We have had four nights of being up every 90 minutes, Im So tired!!! We were supposed to leave town this weekend but Im going to cancel because I don't want to risk that she'd keep someone else in a hotel up all night 😞

I've done the gripe water and gas drops. Those seem to help. Are you keeping track of what you're eating when you feed him for the last time at night? Also, my four month old is teething and he grunts at night. He falls back to sleep though. I just let him do his thing. Any chance he's teething?
