Bump by my lip??

Question

Can anyone tell me what this is? It's a bump right below my actual lips. It feels slightly sore there on my cheek/mouth on the other side like maybe i bit it hard there or something but I don't remember doing that. There is no scabbing, no dryness, just soft pink bump. Tjeee is some tenderness to the area right below it too, like slightly swollen. Kinda freakin out 😰😰😰 if it's a cold sore does that mean I have herpes??

Here are some possible reasons for it:
- I just had food poisoning two days ago and I had vomited several times into the toilet 
-germs from my work possibly causing the sore?
-possibly bumping my lip when I had food poisoning and causing a bruise maybe 
-not sleeping because I've only slept about 5-6 hours each day for the past 4 days

Oh...  The stigma...  HSV 1 is herpes yes.  But it's extremely common.  And most common in children.  A lot of the time it's a symptomatic.  Don't try to pop or squeeze it.  It could simply be a pimple,  but if it isn't you risk spreading the virus elsewhere.  For now,  handle with care. No kissing,  sharing drinks,  oral sex until it's completely gone.  From what I've researched a cold sore lasts anywhere from three to six weeks.  You can buy lysine chapstick,  or have a doctor test for the virus and they can put you on a prescription.  Even if it is a cold sore/ herpes,  you are not a gross or bad person because you caught an extremely contagious and easily transferred human virus.
