I am 22 years old and my husband and I are trying to conceive. I was on the depo shot for 5 years and got off a little over a year ago. In between I used the pill for about 6 months. I recently stopped the pill in November. (And didn't really take it every day faithfully.) My periods are regular. But we haven't seen any results. We have sex regular, but haven't really tracked ovulation or BBT. I know you should seek fatality help after trying for a year with no success. Any suggestions? Or should we just buckle down!
