first time tracking my BBT. what does that mean

Does it seems good or not idk what is that does it have to stay high or low or what if u know or have any advice plz tell cuz idk about this at all so if u been tracking ur BBT and u know give advice on how should I track it an what the coverline means thanx. Lady's ❤️❤️ baby dust to all of us
