clogged ducts not painful won't go away

I got some clogged ducts in a breast that hurt and I did all the necessary things - breastfeeding often dangle feeding upping water combing in hot shower massage heating pad etc - well all the pain went away and engorgement is gone but it is still very lumpy in there. It's day 5 - I feel fine no fever and no swelling no redness just lumps - now a small pea size lump appeared in armpit too that I'm worried is a lymph node - these lumps won't go away! Has anyone has experience with this lasting a while and any other tips besides everything I've done? This is worrying me !
