Any advice? And about wandfos

Hi ladys, I have recently started ttc with my boyfriend 3 weeks ago. So far I have negative tests at 12 Dpo. Do you guys have Any. advice for me?? I can use all the help I can get. I have just orderd a 50 pack of wandfo pregnancy tests how good are they? And should I order the wandfo ovulation strips as well? Let me  know :)

Ok...  
Cycle day one is the first day of your period,  is that what you are counting?  Second,  what was positive?  The pregnancy tests,  or do you have ovulation/LH strips as well?  I didn't care much for wondofo,  I recently bought ChoiceMMed on amazon and they are great.  You wanna start testing that first month on the ovulation test once a day after 11 am,  preferably not with first morning urine.  Once you see a line becoming more visible with color you'll want to start test multiple times a day.  I'd have a pen,  a note pad and tape ready in your bathroom so that you can mark date,  time of each test so that you can compare and refer back to it.  When you see the test line get slightly darker BD,  when it's as dark or darker than the control line it's positive and you will ovulate 12 to 36 hours from that point.  So make sure to get plenty of bding in until you test and the line has faded.  
(Bding means baby dancing(sex) by the way).  Also,  start paying attention to cervical fluid,  it's more important than I ever realized.  Stretchy,  or thin Watery cervical fluid is best for sperm.  Best of luck,  hope this novel helps lol!  Baby dust!
