PREGNANCY TEST HELP!

A day ago I took a pregnancy test which after about 3 minutes was negative. I didn't look at it after that time period. Today I just checked before I tossed it and had a mini heart attack when I saw that a strange line had appeared. Instead of one solid line it was two thin lines. Is this a result of a negative test and after a day the ink bleed? Or am I pregnant?
