Confused

So my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex, even before we actually decided to try for a baby. At least for this past month I've had every pregnancy symptom, I've taken tests and they came back negative. I just started my period but it's just spotting, my last 2 periods were just spotting. Usually my period is very heavy. Is there a possibility I could still be pregnant or no? Just curious. Thanks
