sleeping through the night and BF
Ladies who babies sleep through the night and are exclusively breastfed how do you deal with engorgement? I wake up in the middle of the night and my boobs hurt so bad and are rock hard. I can't pump because my LO will not take a bottle and I don't want to waste milk. Will my supply drop form this? What do you guys do?
