Can you change someone?

Some women think they can "fix" their man... What do you think?

Someone has to want to change, or accept influence from their partner.

On the surface they may change but deep down they are still the same person, like the age old saying, a leopard can't changes its spots. ❤

I suppose if the man wants to and is willing to put the effort in to change. If they don't, then nothing the women does will change him.

It depends, I feel like if a guy is really selfish and only thinks about himself, he can learn to think about their people first in time. He or she must also be willing to change for the sake of their relationship or to better themselves , not just for another person. What you think needs to be changed another person might love. But that seriously is only circumstantial. If someone is a murderer or something, no. If someone is just an asshole, maybe.  My hubby is very self centered but he loves me and wants to make me happy. I'm frustrated 24/7 but evause I love him I deal with his weird tendencies. I do want him to thin about other people (not just me) before himself but only he can change that. I told him how I feel and I love it up to him.

It depends what you are trying to change. If it's a core part of him no. If it's his mind our outlook maybe.

Those women need a serious reality check.. change only happens from within. Trying to make someone change is unhealthy, unrealistic and selfish.

I think people are who they are. I let a guy string me along for almost 2 years, and I went through it just telling myself we could work it out and he would change. He never did, so I moved on and I'm better off because of it.
