Feeling like abs ripping?

So I'm 19 weeks and when I eat to the point of being full I feel like my stomach is literally going to rip open down the middle. It seems different than the round ligament pain everyone talks about. Anyone else having this?

Same thing here. I find smaller meals and drinking water (small gulps but thruout the day) helps. Also limiting the amount of bread and wheat products I have in the afternoon. If I want to indulge in croissants and brioche it's only in the morning. Otherwise I feel like I'm about to pop. Literally.

Could be kicks. Sometimes you really can't tell their kicks and it feels like a muscle twitch or a shock.

When I've eaten a big lunch it feels like the middle of my belly is ripping so I totally understand what you mean! I'm 20&5 x
