how to increase my supply?
Hi my baby is 8 months old and I feel like I cannot get enough milk! I'm only getting about 3 ounces each side when I pump and idk if that's normal or if I should be getting more? It's stressing me out trying to get enough milk for my baby when he's not with me...is there anyway to increase my supply without fenugreek (it made him gassy the first couple of months)
