Worked for me. The cheapies are used at doctors offices as well. When I went into confirm I was pregnant, they used a cheapie. They are all the same. Sensitivity is just different.

Cheap, expensive.  Don't matter.  A positive line is a positive line. However, I don't think see anything on this test. Retest in a day or so and use fmu for better potency/detection.  Good luck
