tattoo near ovary

I got a tattoo two days ago near my ovary on my right side. Part of the tattoo does go over the ovary itself. It didn't hurt getting it too bad but then a day after I had a little spotting of blood and just a tiny bit more today.my period ended the 25. I'm wondering if it's possible it was implant bleeding or if you can bleed from getting a tattoo over your uterus or maybe a cyst could have burst because of tattooing?
