First time mommy!

I just found out I was pregnant Monday, my doctor said I was probably about 4-5 weeks, but something feels different. I'm "showing" more than I've ever been told/read and the symptoms are out of this world crazy. I've taken multiple test before and they all came back negative, except for the ones on Monday. Is there a chance I could be further along than projected? I see my OB in 2 weeks for my first appointment.
