Can't sleep?

4 weeks 6 days. For the past week I've been waking up throughout the night. Nerves or is this part of it all so soon!?

Me too!  Fortunately I was sleeping 10 hours a night for the last month or 2, somehow... but I tend to struggle with falling and staying asleep.... and for me right now, the excitement is making it tough!  Been getting like 5 hours a night the past several nights, ever since the very faint lines became bfp's!!

Same here! 4 weeks and change and I toss and turn all night the past few nights.

I try taking a tart cherry juice before bed, it has natural relaxants in it; but even with that, I still find myself waking up multiple times in the middle of the night. When I do wake up, I feel wide awake too. Hopefully this passes soon!

I'm 5 weeks and 3 days and haven't slept well for over a weeks. I wake up to wee every night at 1 am. Then have a hard time going back to sleep.

Me too 5weeks I'm tired all day sleep until about 3am and wide awake it's like the only time I have energy!

I'm beyond exhausted from not getting any real rest. I basically keep going until I start shaking and I eventually end up passing out from exhaustion. So not ideal. Any tricks? 🙏😁
