sensitive question

My daughter is 15 month old and we went to her pediatrician for her well baby check up and during her exam she said that my baby's breast are budding and I'm quite stressed after hearing it. She said that she will keep a close eye on it and it shouldn't increase. Is there any mommy who faced this, what can be expected and how to tackle such situations. Overall my daughter is healthy baby girl. Any suggestions would be appreciated
