Anyone have a WRONG gender ultrasound they would share? Just curious :)

This was at 14 weeks 4 days.. Was told she was a boy lol. But she is definitely a girl.... They called me a few days later asking me to come back in bc they had second thoughts, at 15 weeks 6 days you could def tell it was a girl.. Then doctor confirmed at 18 weeks that she is def a little girl.

I went in for my anatomy scan at 19 weeks and the doctor asked if we would like to know what we were having. We told him we had the blood test done and he asked what we were having so we told him a boy. While he was doing the ultrasound he was confused because he stated he saw female genitalia! He looked for a few minutes and really thought that it was a girl. He decided to do some other measurements and come back. When he came back to the genitalia he finally saw a little penis and confirmed it was a boy! However, if we did not get the blood test done he absolutely would have told us we were having a girl!!

I had a CVS at 13 weeks and gender is a male. Today at my anatomy scan, the tech said she couldn't see anything, so her guess was a girl. After I told her it's a boy (supposedly) she took a closer look and after the baby loosened up the legs, she saw the boy parts ;)

I've heard more errors happen if they say it's a girl because the penis may be small or hiding. But if they say it's a boy, it's nearly always accurate.

Ultrasounds are not clear. Nor are they 100%. The only 100% for sure way to know is to have had the genetics testing early on, or birth.

Ultrasound gender readings - mistakes do happen.

If you had a genetics test done and they told you boy or girl -- that is right.

So for the ladies who were told wrong would you say mine is wrong? I'm nervous now this was at 17 weeks. We had a scan at 20 as well but she couldn't get any good shots and said she assumes it's a girl because she hadn't seen anything different
