Endometriosis

Does anyone have any tips to ease the pain with endometriosis? Im 19 and had surgery in July to help ease the pain. It helped for a few months but now it's getting to be unbearable pain again. For the past few days I've been in bed crying due to being in excruciating pain. I'm having trouble walking to the bathroom due to the pain. Medicine does NOT help at all. I've tried meditation, heating pads, warm baths, essential oils, and cold packs. I need some kind of relief!!!
