acne on the back?

I need some tips, tricks, and remedies to get rid of back acne 😭 spring break is soon and I'm definitely not hiding any part of my body that doesn't need to be hid on the beach 🙄

Use some calamine lotion! It's the pink stuff you put on bug bites!! Put it on before bed and then wash it off when you wake up. It drys then out!!! Also buy some Aztec clay that I left a picture of!! Mix it with equal parts clay and apple cider vinegar. leave it on for up to 30 minutes. It works soooo well (I have back acne too)

Sleep without a shirt on and make sure your back is washed properly (just with water). Eat clean and drink water.

The one thing that helped me with that during puberty was sunshine.  Letting my back get a little sun every week cleared it up entirely.
