22 weeks pregnant severe constipation !
Hello ladies, as you can tell from the title, I have constipation ....
I can't sit on my butt anymore , sorry tmi.
I don't want to take any medication without consulting my midwife but my appointment is not til next Friday ....
Any tips ?
