swaddle??

Question

Any other October babies still swaddled at night?? My LO will be 5 months on the 20th and he still requires being swaddles tight to go to sleep.

Hopefully they make these things in adult size because she may go off to college in a halo sack. We tried for a couple weeks to get rid of it, tried the Merlin suit/different transition tools. She screamed. You wrap her as tight as you can in the halo and she sleeps for 2-6hour blocks, waking for 15 min to nurse. If it ain't broke don't fix it. 😁

We just transitioned into a sleep sack at 4.5 months! We were nervous to quit swaddling, but he did surprisingly well with it.

Yes we do for naps and night. It's the only way he will sleep! Not sure how we will ever transition 😳

We quit around 10 weeks. It was rough for a few nights but then she learned how to do without it, and now she doesn't have any more sleep crutches and is a wonderful sleeper! Good luck!

We stopped swaddling at 3 months, and she never had a full swaddle since ever since she was born she's been able to break out and HATES her arms pinned down. I would have stopped anyway because she can now roll back to belly. She didn't seem to have an issue going from Jammie's and a swaddle around her legs to going to a sleep sack.

We would except that we had to stop because she rolls over now. It's a rough transition!

My guy is five months old and is still swaddled. My doctor said it's completely fine as long as they are not rolling over in the swaddle. So I'm keeping it as long as he'll let me!

My girl is weird she likes it and then she doesn't. I have a question for the other ladies. Do you have to swaddle your baby in order to get them to nap?

My baby has hated being swaddled from day one.  We use sleep sacks to keep him warm. They have sleep sacks that swaddle a little that might help transition
