A little bit TOO relaxed…

Okay, everybody has probably had some awkward fear about farting in public. I've been doing yoga for a good 3 years now, and my diet is pretty balanced. I've been in recovery for anxiety and depression, and just recently hit 11 months self harm and drug free. Long story short, I'm not doing to bad. However, for SOME reason, I constantly fart, especially during the most uncomfortable or important situations. When I'm playing a sport, I can't be as competitive as I'd like, because I fear letting out audible (and toxic) farts. When I stretch in the mornings, I release clouds of gas, which embarrass me even though I'm by myself. If I bend over to pick something up, my booty has something to say to whomever is unfortunate enough to be standing behind me. I'm so afraid that it'll happen in a situation where I can't play it off as a squeaky shoe, and I pity any person who decides to become my SO. (Tip: Bring your own bed!)
