back/shoulder pain from carrying baby

Anyone having pain from holding baby so often? LO is 11 weeks and over 11 lbs now. My back/shoulder is killing me on days she is particularly needy! Today she has a cold and my shoulder hates me. I also swear I'm nauseous from the angle I'm laying on the couch with her sleeping on me 🤦‍♀️ Made the mistake of googling and of course it told me something is wrong when I'm pretty sure it's from snuggling this beautiful baby!?
