Bleeding increase

So I had a C-section on 2/22 and since then the bleeding I've had has been very very minimal.. today I decided to get out of the house and went to lunch and walked around Walmart for a bit. Well after that my bleeding increased and I can feel gushes but I'm not soaking a pad yet.. it's not bright red I don't think.. it's more like period blood.. kinda dark red.. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced an increase like this or if I should be worried? I also laid on the floor and stretched out my back but that was after the first gush so I don't think it was that
