Pumping secrets
Is there a method to pump? I have a double-electric pump and it has settings for speed and suction. I usually crank the speed high and the suction mid-way (or else it hurts too much).
One 15 min pump session will yield 1oz from the combined 2breasts... I feel like that is so much work for so little :( I'm 1month post partum and on Domperidon due to low supply.
